This year, Cigna & CMB, Ping An Health Insurance, AXA, MSH China, and Generali China have gradually removed United Family Hospitals in various regions from the High Cost Provider list. For many families who prefer to seek medical care at United Family Hospitals, this means lower insurance costs. Specific information is shown in the figure below:
☑ Cigna & CMB: Shanghai United Family Hospitals and Clinics removed from the Provider Co-Insurance List.
☑ Ping An Health Insurance：Removed United Family Hospitals and Clinics in Beijing (except Beijing United Family Hospital,United Family New Hope Clinical Center and Tianjin United Family Hospital) from the HCP list.
☑ MSH China：Removed all United Family Hospitals & Clinics in Shanghai and some United Family Hospitals and Clinics in Beijing (except Beijing United Family Hospital, United Family New Hope Clinical Center, and United Family Rehabilitation Hospital) from the HCP list.
☑ AXA：Removed all United Family Hospitals & Clinics in Shanghai and some in Beijing, such as Beijing United Family Women's and Children's Hospital, Beijing United Family Hospital of Integrative Medicine, and Beijing United Family Tianzhu Clinic, from the HCP list.
☑ Generali China：Removed United Family Hospitals and Clinics in Shanghai from the HCP list.

Adjustments to the hospital lists typically stem from changes in medical costs. Due to some hospitals charging relatively high medical fees and significant claims pressure, this year several insurers have added Peking Union Medical College Hospital, China-Japan Friendship Hospital, and medical institutions under New Century Healthcare Group to the list of high cost providers. Specific adjustment details are as follows:
☑ Ping An Health Insurance: From March this year, added Peking Union Medical College Hospital, International Medical Services, International Medical Department of Xidan Hospital District, Beijing Concorde Hospital and the International Department of China-Japan Friendship Hospital to HCP list.
☑ MSH China：Added New Century Healthcare Group to the HCP list. (including Shenzhen Yihe Clinic; In all cities, except Qingdao, Chengdu, Tianjin; except Beijing Eden Hospital )
☑ Cigna & CMB：Starting from October 1st, 2024, all New Century Hospitals and Clinics in Beijing and Suzhou will be added in the Provider Copayment List.
